Lens™ — global Discord moderation record

Lens reads the account's record across every server that runs Double Counter, not only yours. The section shows six counters:

• Kicks — times the account was kicked.
• Bans — times the account was banned.
• Moderated messages — messages that moderators acted on.
• Servers where rules were broken — how many servers the record comes from.
• Alts and VPNs — from the same report, next to the record.

Each counter is a total for the account across the network, shown next to the others so you see the shape of the record at once. Lens appears in every report, including for an account without a single alt: a clean-looking newcomer can still carry a long record. It sits under the network map, or under the clean-account card when there is nothing to map.

Next to the counters, Lens gives the account one behavior score, from 300 to 850. 850 means no incident on record. The report colors the score so you can read it at a glance, and a gauge places it between 300 and 850.

An account with no sanction shows the line “No sanction recorded across the Double Counter network.” and a score of 850, with every counter at zero.

The score is a summary, not a verdict. Two accounts with the same score can carry very different counters, so read the tiles under it and the linked accounts above it. The score belongs to the account, not to your server: the same record reads the same for every moderator who looks it up.

Lens is included with Plus and Professional. On those plans the section shows the score and all six counters.

On Free and Standard, the section says whether a record exists — “This account has a Lens record.” — without a score or a single counter. It is the same card on Free and on Standard. Unlock it with Plus, $12.99 a month. Standard subscribers upgrade from their account page instead of starting a new checkout.

The locked card never shows a number, so a record you have not unlocked cannot be half-read. Lens sits in the same report as the linked accounts, so there is nothing extra to run: no separate search, no second lookup, no extra wait. Compare every plan on the pricing page.

A user can withdraw from Lens through Double Counter. From then on their record is hidden in every report, on every plan: the section reads “This user opted out of Lens.” and shows nothing else. The opt-out holds on Professional too: no subscription can see a record its owner has withdrawn.

Lens is there to help you judge who you let into your community. Read it alongside the rest of the report, and never use it to single a person out beyond your own server's moderation.

If a member asks why they appear in Lens, point them to Double Counter: that is where the record lives, and where they can withdraw from it. They decide, and every report follows their choice.
